Invoicing

‘Your’ First Aid Trainer will provide an invoice based on your course type, location and number of participants. This will not change from the information you receive on the booking page. 

This invoice will be provided shortly after your booking and well before the course begins, provided the invoice is requested 72 hours before the start of the course.

Agreeing to these terms and conditions means that you (the course organiser for yourself or your group) will review and accept the invoice as provided. If you have any questions about the invoicing pricing or have been informed/promised a discount that has not been applied, please get in contact with our team. 

 

Additional information

If you are completing a physical first aid course, you may be expected to provide a USI (Unique Student Identifier). 

A USI is required by all participants who complete nationally recognised, accredited training, regardless of whether they are a student or not. This is a government-issued code that allows us to register your training once it has been completed.

 

Course completion 

It is understood that by requesting the invoice you have read, and understood, the conditions of the course. If your course requires you to participate in activities prior to the listed course date, you will be expected to have completed this aspect of the course beforehand. 

We advise you to check the conditions of your course prior to completing your booking. This applies to any blended or online Standard Mental Health First Aid courses where self-paced eLearning is indicated. Please review the suggested eLearning time and factor this into your booking.

 

Cancellations

‘Your’ First Aid Trainer operates a fair and equitable fees and refunds policy. Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the date of booked training will receive a refund of the paid amount, minus a $60 administration fee. Cancellations received within this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled.

 

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your training, providing that you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice will automatically receive a 25% re-booking fee payable at the time of rescheduling.

Failure to attend your training for any reason or rescheduling the training multiple times will also incur this re-booking fee regardless of the notice period given.
